These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SmartBIM (“the Service”) provided by SmartBIM Innovations (Pvt) Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Account and Service Access

  • 1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • 1.2. Upon purchasing a subscription, users will be granted access to the Service via their registered email address.
  • 1.3. Access to the Service is provided across multiple devices (mobile, tablet, and PC) using the registered email credentials.

2. Use of the Service

  • 2.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • 2.2. The Service allows access through authorised devices using the email address linked to the subscription. You agree not to share your access credentials or allow unauthorised access to the Service.
  • 2.3. The Company reserves the right to limit or terminate access to the Service in case of unauthorised use or breaches of security.

3. User Content

  • 3.1. Users may submit, upload, or post content (“User Content”). By doing so, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service.
  • 3.2. You agree not to submit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or infringes on any third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

  • 4.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
  • 4.2. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.

5. Termination

  • 5.1. The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
  • 5.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
